The skeletal remains of Brighton’s West Pier emerging from the English channel

I’d heard the old pier was destroyed by fire but this is the first time I’ve seen it in person.

For a special moment in time a “shanty town” skatepark existed under this pier. We skated it every day; this is the birthplace of D3STRUCTO.
